A2Z Club Fitness is a Fitness group formed by a diverse assembly of amazing individuals. We know first hand the challenges of lacking energy, motivation, and/or time to focus on one’s self to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle.

 

                                       CLUB-FIT DANCE EXERCISE

 

The Club-Fitness workout is a ground breaking, cardiovascular dance exercise program. 

Club-Fitness is a one-hour workout of hip "Club" dance moves copulated with traditional aerobic exercises such as:

·         Boot camp

·         Kick-boxing

·         Hip-Hop

·         Reggae-ton

·         Pop 

·         African Dance

Club-Fitness dance exercises are designed using a high level of interval cardiovascular exercise, a diverse variety of dance choreography and calisthenics training, which are all proven methods of increasing endurance and rapid weight-loss.

In the fitness dance community, Club-Fitness dance workout is highly regarded and recognized as the jalapeno of weight loss, toning, and cardiovascular intensity. Club-Fitness exercise is the “real deal”.

Club-Fitness dance workout is conveniently taught between Dayton and Cincinnati.

Club-Fitness dance exercise instructors are currently teaching at: 

·         A Step Ahead Dance Studio in Middletown, OH: Tuesday/Thursday@ 6:00pm

·         Genisis Fitness in Kettering, OH: Tuesday/Thursday @ 7:30pm

·         Sensible Fitness in Blue Ash, OH: Mondays/Wednesdays @ 6:45pm

 

Club-Fitness dance workouts have been showcased in the Dayton Weekly, on radio station 88.3 FM and spotlighted as Business of the Month in the Dayton Minority BIZ.  In addition, Club-Fitness has been demonstrated at the Dayton Derby Dash, Dayton Cardio Fest, DKJ and Pump, VOA Center in West Chester as well as a host of other venues.

When clients come to our locations, they are confident that they will have fun, sweat, burn lots of calories and "Dance their A2Z’s off"!

               


 

 

                                             E2 (SQUARED) = EXHILARATING EXERCISE                                                              POLE FITNESS

Because of pole dancing’s body sculpting, calisthenic, and liberating benefits, pole dancing has quickly become accepted as a worldwide form of fitness. E2 Pole Fitness is an exhilarating form of dancing that is centered around gymnastics performed on a static or spinning pole.

E2 Pole Fitness is the first and only pole fitness studio in the Dayton and Cincinnati area to offer our members liberation ceremonies. Liberation ceremonies are conducted to give our women an opportunity to showcase their pole fitness dancing skills while meeting and celebrating other pole members in an encouraging non-judgmental environment.

The E2 Pole Fitness studio is conveniently located between Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. E2 Pole Fitness instructs clients from Englewood through Mason. E2 Pole Fitness holds an array of classes ranging from the absolute beginner through Level I master.

E2 Pole Fitness offers six week blocked series, which include:

·         Liberation ceremony

·         One hour classes

·         Choreography

·         Confidence building exercises

·         Private lessons

·         Open pole jamming session

·         Floor/chair movement

E2 Pole fitness provide the highest level of comfort and pole suitability, that is why our sessions are taught in a four to six student setting.
